# Setting Up Your Luxe Aimé Voice Pricing Assistant

**Goal:** Open Claude on your phone, describe a piece in plain English (or voice), get a quote using your exact pricing rules.

---

## Step-by-step setup (5 minutes, one time)

### 1. Download the Claude mobile app
- iOS: App Store → "Claude"
- Android: Play Store → "Claude"
- Sign in with your Anthropic account (same one you use for Claude Code)

### 2. Create a Claude Project
On **desktop** (easier), go to [claude.ai](https://claude.ai):
1. Click **Projects** in the sidebar
2. Click **New Project**
3. Name it: **Luxe Aimé Pricing**
4. Description: *"Luxury custom jewelry quoting — using Luxe Aimé's proprietary pricing rules."*

### 3. Add the Pricing Rules to the Project
1. In the new project, click **Set Project Instructions**
2. Open `luxe-aime-pricing-rules.md` on your computer
3. **Copy the entire contents** and paste into Project Instructions
4. Save

### 4. Use on your phone
1. Open Claude mobile app
2. Tap Projects → **Luxe Aimé Pricing**
3. Start a new conversation
4. Tap the **mic icon** (voice input)
5. Describe the piece:
   > *"Solitaire, 14k, 4 grams, center stone $800 wholesale, 12 accents at $20 each, shipping $30, appraisal $50."*
6. Claude returns the full quote + internal analysis using your rules

---

## Example Inputs You Can Say

**Short:**
> *"Halo, 18k, 5 grams, $1200 center, 20 accents at $15 each."*

**Full:**
> *"Custom three-stone engagement ring. Platinum, 6.5 grams. Center stone is $3,200 wholesale. Two side stones at $450 each, counted as accents. Setting fee $200, polish $75, 3D print $60, design $180. Appraisal $75, shipping $45. It's a rush — client wants it in 3 weeks."*

**With modifiers:**
> *"Eternity band in 14k, 3 grams. 24 accent stones at $22 each. Standard fees. Client's using Affirm."*

---

## Keeping It "Live & Evolving"

Whenever we change a pricing rule (calculator update), the flow is:
1. I update `luxe-aime-pricing-rules.md` with the new rule
2. You re-copy it into your Claude Project instructions (30 seconds)
3. Next quote uses the new rule

**Or better:** I'll keep a copy on a shared Google Doc / Notion page that you can re-paste anytime. Tell me which you prefer.

## Pro tips

- **Pin the project** in Claude mobile for one-tap access
- **Save sample conversations** if a quote was especially sharp
- **Use "revise that"** — e.g., "redo it as 18k instead" — Claude will recompute
- **Ask for explanations** — "why is the center markup 2.45x?" — Claude will explain using the tier table
- **Compare metals** — "quote the same piece in 10k, 14k, 18k, and platinum" — useful for client choice conversations
